Check for 0002958563 BW-SYS-DB-SYB only applies to DB4/Sybase db types.

Yes, I agree, this note is only relevant on these both database systems. see coding in functions RSDU_LIST_DB_TABLE_DB4 and RSDU_LIST_DB_TABLE_SYB which checks for database DB4 respective SYBASE.
