chore: refinement of exercises

This PR contains several editorial changes in the documentation of the exercises

• update of provider version to latest
• reformatting of links to exercise README from main page
• add warning for used entitlements
• renaming of bpa in accordance to SAP Brand Voice
• refinement of reinitialization for modules
• correction of typos, grammar, formatting and indentation
