In line with SAP OSPO requirements, this PR integrates the REUSE tool

Notes:

This PR assumes that no third-party source code was copied in this repository. If this assumption is not correct, please change the .reuse/dep5 file accordingly. Edits by maintainers are enabled in this PR.
As discussed, please have a look at some copyright headers of source files - they should reflect the license of the project
