The output of cf html5-list -d that you see is actually hinting you that the application and corresponding app-host were deleted, but there is still a destination pointing to non-existing app-host.
Therefore, you can’t delete app-host/application - it was already deleted in the past.
Currently the HTML5 CLI plugin does not have a capability of fixing such kind of misconfiguration in subaccount, it only identifies that such issues exist and hints that it may be possible error.
