Cloud Foundry API V2 deprecation notification #62

Hello, today we've received the following message from BTP:

Dear Org Managers,

You're being reached out to because the CF API v2 is being deprecated as originally announced on 14th July 2022.

Your current CF API v2 usage on live landscapes will be impacted by the deprecation rate limiting ramp down plan outlined here.

Action required: Option 1: Upgrade to CF API v3 before the rate limit ramp down will impact you. Otherwise the combination of the CF API v2 rate limit ramp down and no more Bug and Performance fixes being planned to be delivered for CF API v2 will significantly impact your usage. Option 2: In case you won’t be able to upgrade to CF API v3 on time, according to the live landscapes ramp down timeline, you can raise an exemption request.

I know this plugin still uses v2 API for some calls, could you please upgrade it?
