Error on windows: cannot run executable found relative to current directory #1119

MBT Version: 3.1
OS Version: Windows 11
If possible, provide a link to the project.

Steps to Reproduce:

I tried on Build tool version 1.2.18 and this bug doesn't exist. But on the latest versions, when you try to build an MTA on windows with a custom command, it throws an error: "Error on windows: cannot run executable found relative to current directory "
Should be reproducible on any project with a custom command.
Sample below:

version: "0.1.0"

modules:

name: lco-backsync type: java path: lco-backsync build-parameters: builder: custom build-result: build/*/.jar commands: [ 'buildMtar.bat' ]`
