Update sap-java-buildpack-api-usage to use 'sap_java_buildpack_jakarta' #1600
With SAP Java Buildpack 2 supporting Tomcat 10, the sap-java-buildpack-api-usage sample is fully functional again. This change updates the manifest and removes the hint to the community buildpack from the README file.
