Fiori Theme support #872

Add support for Fiori themes

I have not been able to find any support for themeing, this is quite a fundamental feature for the component kit.

I think simple colour palette tooling would be enough to get by, with space for it to evolve into a Fiori theme migrator or something similar for when people begin moving from SAPUI5 to Fiori Fundamentals for new applications.
