Fix ABAP, replace RFM #12

Hi @gregorwolf,

I missed the PR notification and replaced the table in the meantime with the live example: abap-value-help/doc/README.md#server. Will add the table later on, in more detailed documentation.

But thank you very much for bringing this point up because I am in doubt about the term to use for "RFC enabled Function Modules". I personally like "RFM", coming from SAP NWRFC SDK Programming Guide, because shorter than "RFC enabled Function Module".

The term "RFM" is however less used and SAP Cloud SDK is using "RFC module": What Is A BAPI? What Is An RFC Module?, which is IMHO less optimal than "RFC enabled Function Module" but simply shorter. Would it make sense to use "RFM" everywhere, because shorter and comes from SDK "bible" ?

HI srdjan,

I agree with short and concise naming. But sometimes it's also good to give Google some food with alternative names so that you still find what you need when you not use the short names.

Hi Gregor,

if fine for you, PR would is still appreciated. You are more in touch with external communities and you can choose whatever looks more "consumable".
