build(deps): bump xml2js and backstopjs

Removes xml2js. It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency backstopjs. These dependencies need to be updated together.

But now you can put this file anywhere with...
backstop remote --config=<path_to_your_config>
Default should fall back to <CWD>/backstop.js. If not -- please file a ticket.
