License is not displayed on https://pkg.go.dev/ #167

Description

The license-type is not displayed on the package-documentation site of golang. The problem is due to the reuse-tool that expects licenses in a LICENSES directory . However, the license-policy of pkg.go.dev does not expect licenses in such a directory. Thus, the license is not recognized on pgk.go.dev.

There is already an issue concerning this problem. As a comment states, this is a reasonable request that will be looked into. Thus, we'll have to wait.

https://github.com/SAP/go-ase/pull/196 closes this issue by adding a LICENSE file to the root-directory (satisfies pkg.do.dev) and a symlink to this document in the directory LICENSES (satisfies reuse)
