mtaBuild: Allow parallel build for faster execution #2710

Hello collegues,

please enable switching of MBT Build to parallel mode. According to the documentation the MBT builder can do a parallel build via Beta flags -m -j=x. However the piper step does not allow to pass these flags. Could you please provide a way to enable the parallel build?
