Download Path for integrationArtifactDownload Piper command #4800

Hello Experts

We are looking at using the below piper command to download a cpi iflow artifact into GitHub. We see the iflow download in the Jenkins server file location.

Can you please let us know if the downloadpath is meant to represent the folder structure in Jenkins ? or GitHub?

Can we use the piper command to download the cpi artifacts directly into github without us having to write pipeline steps to push it to GitHub?
