Feature request: support virtualhost query parameter of upload APIProxies api #4887

Please support virtualhost query parameter for uploading API proxies. The API does support it and it must only be added to the step apiProxyUpload as input parameter.

Reproduce issue: Upload api proxy with same base path as another already uploaded api proxy with different name.
