Minor Readme Changes #20

Made two changes:

  1. Updated connect distributed link to use /current instead of static 3.0.0 link.
  2. Changed wording in source connector config to explain that we are naming the table to read from rather than the topic to write to. It's possible I misinterpreted the config but it seems to make more sense now for the source connector.
