Please is there a solution for scenario like Requirement to connect Kafka topics and send data to SAP ECC S4 FIN system And for integrations with middleware products like PI, DS, PO, CPI etc.

@mybtsfoundation Could you be more specific to your scenario? Which data or messages do you want to send to SAP ECC and how? In any case, this question sounds like it is about which connectivity component (some middleware or other Kafka connectors) to connect to SAP ECC and provide some form of mapping.
