"Toggle Privileges" is always greyed out #71

Running on macOS 13.3.1 (Silicon) and the "Toggle Privileges" in the Dock menu is always greyed out. I have to launch the app each time to grant and remove privileges.

seems like this has something to do with what's in my config profile. Going to close for now

kinda annoying that with a profile installed (even just a basic key like RequireAuthentication) greys out this option
