Question: Unable to follow the Spring Quick Start guide #271

Also, is this project not available on maven repo: If I create a new maven project and add this to the pom.xml

With lots of difficulty, I was able to get it to work. However, I still don't understand why there isn't a simple library present in the MVN Repo that one can just add to the POM and start working.
