TBI - Generate tools ID for adaptation projects to support collecting telemetry data per project

Description

Enable telemetry for adaptation projects as we do it for the other apps maintained in Fiori tools. To track the usage per project, adaptation projects should get "toolsId" in the manifest during the generation process.
