Describe the bug When I called remove method in the FHIRModel and called submitChange method, the delete url is like this http://localhost:9090/core/BusinessConfiguration/f138ed95-2129-448f-aa7e-0e25dd4a6c19?_format=json

But the mine-type "?_format=json" will caused the dump in the backend FHIR service and I think it was unused.

Expected behavior So can you delete it or do you have better suggestion?

It was fixed in the backend. So I closed this issue.
