SAPUI5 versions housekeeping #3954

The list of currently available SAPUI5 versions and patches is enormously huge:

While the SAPUI5 Versions Maintenance Status table contains much more modest table:

Wouldn't it be more practical to synchronize (and thus shorten) the list of currently available SAPUI5 versions with the SAPUI5 versions maintenance status table? So, only the latest versions' patches from the SAPUI5 version maintenance status table will be available, in order to comply with the SAPUI5 maintenance strategy on the one hand, and get rid of unnecessary legacy versions and builds on the other hand?

P.S. Yes, I'm aware of periodical removal of outdated versions, but the last one occurred on 26th of April 2022 and only several versions and patches have been removed.

Hello @pubmikeb,

The Demo Kit application is for demonstrating and testing of UI5 and this is the reason to have fuller list of released versions. In other hand we have the Versions of UI5 that are in maintenance - those are versions that will have future releases. For example some application can use version 1.119, which is not in maintenance and switching the Demo Kit to 1.119 can be useful.
