OpenUI5 version: 1.124.0

Browser/version (+device/version): Chrome Version 125.0.6422.77 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Any other tested browsers/devices(OK/FAIL): FAIL

Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. Click on Column
  2. Sort

What is the expected result? The column should sort

What happens instead? Error in console

Hello @Theunnis-Sapconet,

thanks for reporting this issue. A fix has been provided with 3467747 and is available in the latest release and is also going to be fixed with the next patch of 1.124
