Add contributing link to the header #25

The contributing link on the header is aimed at attracting contributions from users of the portal:

I could not find a better icon on Material-Icons, suggestions are welcome.

Great idea! Would be nice to make it easier for people to find the origin of this portal, so that they can bring back contributions upstream.

I wonder which link would be best?

I am leaning towards (1) a tiny bit, but all of them have their pros and cons.

I'm also leaning towards 1, this was there is more context for the contributor then when going directly to the contributing sections of the repo. I'll adjust that.
