[docs] Adding link to "InnerSource principles" #3

The text "InnerSource principles" didn't link anywhere meaningful.

Not sure if the link https://innersourcecommons.org/resources/books/adoptinginnersource/ that I added is what you would like to link to, so please feel free to replace this with a different link.

Yeah, this was an easy one. :)

However I didn't promote promote the new book actually (which would have been https://innersourcecommons.gitbook.io/innersource-patterns/) but rather one of the older books which I was hoping would explain the InnerSource principles, as that was the anchor for the link that you had in the docs.

Just elaborating on this in case you misunderstood where the link was pointing to.

My fault, i thought the link would go to the new patterns book. The link to "Adopting InnerSource" makes more sense here, thanks again and have a good start into 2021
