Add Schneider Electric to list of adopters #47

since Schneider Electric is using the Portal internally, I would like to add it to the list of adopters.

@ahieser-se since Schneider Electric is using his portal implementation internally, I was wondering if you would be willing to add your experience with an InnerSource Portal to this pattern as well?

The pattern describes the general idea behind an InnerSource Portal, what problem is being solved, trade-offs, etc. And then this SAP project-portal-for-innersource here is one possible implementation of such a portal, which happens to be referenced in the pattern as well :)

If sharing your story sounds interesting, in the easiest case you could just add a oneline entry here. It could contain as much or as little as you want to share about the experiences you made with the approach.
