Angular12 E2E Test Run #12500

Careful validation that all our E2E tests run with angular 12.

Test:

  1. Localhost.
  2. Dev server.
  3. CCV2.
  4. CI

Waiting on https://github.com/SAP/spartacus/issues/12058 to be completed.
