Proper fix for Jalo errors #5664

In https://github.com/SAP/cloud-commerce-spartacus-storefront/pull/5663 ticket we created a quick fix for the infinite loader in shipping address step.

There is pending question about the Jalo errors for stingrays and after response to that we can think of proper fix to avoid this kind of the errors.

Infinite spinner no longer present in checkout flow. Decreasing priority to Minor.
