ABAP Formatter instead of Pretty Printer #325

Eclipse must now be considered the primary development tool for ABAP developers. Therefore the style guide should use the term ABAP Formatter (which is the term used in ABAP Development Tools) and not the term Pretty Printer.

ABAP Formatter is also a neutral term, as opposed to Pretty Printer.
