[INTERNAL] Replace of service instance for test setup #954

For our internal test setup, we must replace the currently used service tf-testacc-iban-sample in the subaccount integration-test-services-static with a different one including the service bindings assigned to this service instance.

The replacement comprises the re-recording of the corresponding test cases for the corresponding terraform resource

Re-recording needs to be done for the following test scenarios:
