Page Basics coming from Fundamental Styles (Common CSS parts)

Maybe we would need to bring this, this, this There are 2 options:

bring this through common-css package as mixins or classes - preferred
bring it from fundamental-styles

with #9 Common CSS and Fundamental Styles will be imported to ui5-webcomponent-ngx and would be able to be used
