chore: update ui5 web comps dependencies of `libs/ui5-angular` #99

We better update the dependencies of lib/ui5-angular (aka @ui5/webcomponents-ngx package) although the ^ should the the job at least until major version. In the recent update to ui5 webc latest 1.19.0, I only updated the root package.json but I think it's better to be in sync.
