[ui5-badge]: color set 2 is with wrong colors for Quartz contrast themes

Bug Description

Color set 2 is with wrong colors for Quartz contrast themes (sap_fiori_3_hcb and sap_fiori_3_hcw). Reproducible only for ui5-webcomponents version 1 (component is relaced with ui5-tag in version 2). For ui5-tag fix is: https://github.com/SAP/ui5-webcomponents/pull/8952

1. https://sap.github.io/ui5-webcomponents/v1/components/Badge/#color-scheme-set-2
2. switch the theme to "Quartz High Contrast..."
3. colors are wrong (should be black and white) and text is unreadable
