Feature Request Description

We have requirement from SF side to have a growing Timeline like UI5 component https://sapui5.hana.ondemand.com/#/entity/sap.suite.ui.commons.Timeline/sample/sap.suite.ui.commons.sample.TimelineScrolling where we can load the data lazily. Right now the feature is missing in the ui5-webcomponents timeline https://sap.github.io/ui5-webcomponents/components/fiori/Timeline/#events

Proposed Solution
