[View Settings Dialog]: incorrect header layout in mobile #4102

Bug Description

The header layout (and header title size) seems wrong in mobile.

Expected Behavior

I expect the header title and the "Reset" button aligned properly.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to https://sap.github.io/ui5-webcomponents/master/playground/components/ViewSettingsDialog/
Turn on Chrome Mobile Emulator
Observe the header layout

Context

UI5 Web Components version: master
OS/Platform: {...} MacOS
Browser: {...} Chrom
Affected component: {...} VSD
