TabContainer: support UI5 "IconTabBar" design

Is your feature request related to a problem?

We have been rebuilding an existing SAPUI5 app with React. Most components look the same, so the UI/UX does not even change much. One issue we have is that the TabContainer looks different in "Inline" mode. For example:

Any way of getting the UI5 Inline tabs, they look more modern and make it easier to distuingish between "Inline" and "Standard" mode

Hello,

I discussed this with accountable designers and this is their statement:

"this design is not recommended any longer from Design and therefore should not be implemented. If they need it, they can open an E1."

So, this issues is going to be closed
