[ui5-tag]: For Fiori 3 HCW/HCB themes tag text is not readable #8942

Bug Description

The tag text is not readable for Fiori 3 HCW/HCB themes. Not reproducible for all other themes.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. open https://sap.github.io/ui5-webcomponents/nightly/components/Tag/
  2. change the basic sample to:
  3. change the theme to Fiori 3 HCW/HCB

I am forwarding this issue to you because the issue is reproducible in the playground and also in test pages.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open https://sap.github.io/ui5-webcomponents/nightly/components/Tag/
  2. Change theme to "Quartz HCW/HCB"
  3. Basic sample chage design to "Set2"
