Update Japanese notice #40

I saw some idiomatic mistakes in the Japanese notice. I made a patch to correct those unnatural expression. I translated from the English version. Please merge the patch, if you like the patch. However, this change is subtle, so please ignore it if the review of this patch requires your massive effort.
