Add Korean translation #54

This pull request adds Korean translation to amae-koromo site.

I translated all strings in src/translations.json and AlertBox in src/components/app/appHeader.tsx. I also added button on toolbar to show Korean translation.

I checked the overall layout of website when Korean translation is applied, but there might be something that I missed.

Let me know if I missed something or I need to do some more work

By the way, you may add your name to the Korean top notice (like the English one) if you like. I don't know Korean so I can't write it here, feel free to submit another PR for it. :)
