Any chance of an avxsynth port? <3

Actually I have been thinking about this for some time, but didn't get around to do it. Will look into it when I have time. :)

Seems avxsynth is dead and vapoursynth is the proper replacement of avisynth in *nix, I think there is no point to support avxsynth anymore.
