feat: add Bosch Rexroth ctrlx to vendors list

It is a very new control system on the market (comparing to the others), but it is very powerful, open and also had some recent big companies adding it to their default one.

Why is Bosch any different from other companies that use Codesys?

Whats it providing more than Vanilla Codesys?

the origin list changed a lot during i added this PR :-D

i think the whole eco system and how one can integrate other software platforms via their app-store and interconnect them via DataLayer is very powerfull;

dont get me wrong, it is just a first try to add their platform to this list, iam not a promoter or employee from them...

• they dont have plain text for their PLC but for all other langauges like Python or C++/C for example
• their IDE is extensible through a REST interface, which is a customized Codesys IDE; One can also use standard Codesys 3.5 via different snap and so it has the same functionality as standard Codesys in the list
• The "linux" in this list was not exactly clear for me -> the OS is Linux (i think it is a Ubuntu Core), Codesys is not useable on Linux, however for all other languages which can be used there are plenty of options to use them on linux and also their build tools
• Iam not sure about the licensing and also about the CLI, maybe a question mark would be better here

Yes Bosch should be added. Can you add links to the download and the docs? And maybe also links where to start for the testing framework and IDE. (In the end we want to have these links for all systems)
