Wide Banner image does not show up in MyAnime3 #403

What the problem?
the banner is available in JMM Desktop

but i does not show up in MyAnime3

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The output should be showing corectly like in this page

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
JMM Server 3.1.31.0
JMM Desktop 3.1.28.0
MyAnime3 3.1.14
MS Windows 7 x64
MS SQL Server 2008 

Please provide any additional information below.
Due to my small monitor, im using high DPI setting (125% 120pix/inch)

This should have been fixed in MyAnime 3.1.30 (release 3 weeks ago)
