Watched status disappears if new file #440

If you've have watched an episode and have deleted the old episode before 
importing a new one. JMM forgets the watched status and can't get watched state 
from ANIDB.
So bassicly: 
HDTV version of episode gets deleted > BD version of episode is imported. 

The BD version is now marked as unwatched.

But if you import the BD version without first deleting the HDTV version, the 
watched status remains.

I can confirm this, it happened to me awhile ago while I was replacing some 
files with new ones.
