Allow specifying/marking which files have commentaries #453

It may not be as important for those who don't watch them. But I think it would
be a nice feature to add. I myself just keep a list of files in notepad to keep
track of which files or episodes have a commentary in them.

Even better if we can mark them both as one that contains English or Japanese
commentaries, not sure about the other languages, but these two are the most
common as far as I know.

But of course just having to mark a file to specify that it has a commentary
would suffice, that is if specifying the language would slow things down.

I'll take a look at this.

It is probably possible to use MediaInfo to automatically extract some of that.
Otherwise we could allow manual tagging of files.
