JMM Server does not add new files automatically #465

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download a new file into the import folder with the option to watch for new 
files checked

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Files should be hashed and added to the DB once a new file is downloaded to the 
folder.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using the latest version on Win-7 x64

Not sure what could be causing this. Could it have something to do with the 
fact that when I dl to this folder directly, the files are appended with .ut! 
until the file is finished downloading?

if you are downloading with µTorrent or another BitTorrent Client then i think 
its better to let the client to move the file once its finished. if your 
download folder and JMM Drop Source the same folder den i think JMM will scan 
the file once its made in the BitTorrent Client, meaning its Hashing the file 
before its finished. its better to have a download folder then make µTorrent 
move it to a Torrents Completed folder. it will make your download Folder 
neater and JMM wont have problems at all. 
just a thought.
