Currently, i'm doing some refactoring and changing the Media Portal plugin.

Features:

* Media Portal Language Translations support.
* Some code cleanup, mostly GUI Properties in enum.
* Some code refactoring. Context Menu Generators, Main Menu Generators.
* Better ranking selection and display. (Stars)
* Some skins are refactored. (Less skins to mantain).
* Total support for Titan.

Currenly only skin supported is TITAN, i'll bring later StreamedMP and the 
others up to speed.
