Every time the server is run, a specific series is hashed and added to the database

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open JMM server
2. See that the hasher is hashing certain files
3. Wait until complete
4. Close JMM server
5. Open JMM server
6. See that the hasher is hashing the exact same files as earlier

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Files keep getting re-hashed over and over again.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.1.32.0 on Windows 7 64bit

Please provide any additional information below.
