JMM Server 3.1.32.0 will not add Anime shows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Uninstalled JMM Server and JMM Desktop
2. Uninstalled MySQL 5.5
3. Re-installed MySQL 5.5
4. Moved all shows in temporary folder
5. added 1 anime show folder to folder JMM Server will use
6. Re-installed JMM Server 3.1.17 and updated to latest version
7. Added folder to watch with the one folder to import with
8. click in JMM Server --> Run Import.  

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It zips through the files, but still will not add anime.
Log file is indicating that hasher.dll failed to open on every file.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The log file indicates version 3.1.32.0.  The "About" button in this version 
does nothing.
I am using Windows XP Pro, Media Center Edition, SP3.  (Yes, MediaCenter is 
disabled)

Please provide any additional information below.
See logfiles.  Process monitor logfile also attached.
