Test geneSCF software for retrieving GO-terms. #19

geneSCF is a software tool for Linux that gives a list of GO-terms for a specified organism together with the genes for each GO-term.

The main issues for now are getting the software to run, as it often gives errors with useless explanation and an output that is a bit confusing to understand.

The software does not output all genes that are requested, resulting in a incomplete list of genes and GO-terms. Since there seems no urgent need for it, this issue will be put on hold.
