[x] For every tn + number of reads, get a confidence interval around that number.

What to do next?

[ ] For the gene, take the average confidence interval? Compute a confidence interval around the fitness score? I am not really sure how to do this.

Could you elaborate /explain more what do you mean by certainty interval for sampling?
