Done sync appraoch, and varying the structure and varying the file or manifest version source.

Need to try checking the conflict part, and then the cues, and then whether we append the label to the path.

I've at least addressed the conflict part, will see if it works after testing.

Honestly, cues are such a bad idea with us not knowing what's on the remote or not, we should almost leave it. Well, I suppose if you use cues always with upload-all or sync-using-deletion, or something like that, then that's okay. But not with the versioning right now.
